MEET OUR OSTEO
James Clark
Hi, I’m James – Osteopath & Movement Enthusiast
I’m a qualified osteopath with over five years of hands-on experience, having completed my Master of Osteopathy at Victoria University in 2021. Since then, I’ve continued to grow my skill set with further study in running biomechanics, dry needling, cupping, and craniosacral therapy – all tools I use to help my patients move and feel better.
In my practice, I work with a wide range of people and conditions – from everyday aches and pains to more complex or long-term issues. I regularly treat neck and back pain, headaches, sporting and joint injuries, vertigo, tendinopathies, and muscle strains. I take a movement-focused approach to care, combining manual therapy with strength and mobility exercises to get the best outcomes for my patients.
Outside of the clinic, you’ll probably find me at the beach, on a stand-up paddleboard, strumming my guitar, or catching up with friends. I’m also an avid runner and cyclist – I understand the physical and mental rewards of staying active, as well as the frustration that comes with being sidelined by injury.
Like many of my patients, I’ve had my fair share of setbacks – including stress fractures in my lower back, broken bones, and various other sporting injuries. These personal experiences were a big part of what led me to osteopathy in the first place. I know what it’s like to be in pain and to work your way back to full strength. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping others return to the activities they love, with confidence and long-term resilience.
If you’re dealing with pain or just want to move better, I’d love to help
