BROOKE’S STORY

A little about you?

“Mumma of 2 little rascals (1 and 5 years old), Senior Legal Assistant. I enjoy playing football and netball (when not injured).  I also enjoy going to the footy and supporting the mighty pies.”

Since you have first started at Boss how do you feel you have progressed?

“I feel I am getting stronger and fitter each week and slowly getting back to where I want to be. Consistency has been the key for me.

Mia said something when I first started at Boss which stuck with me. “Brooke, you need to make time for yourself and get to the gym”

I now make sure I get to at least 4 sessions a week and make that time for myself”

How has this impacted your life?

“Definitely for the better! Coming to Boss each day after I finish work is my way to switch off before I go home to mum duties again. It has been so good for my mental health and now part of my weekly routine. I can’t imagine not coming to Boss now.”

What motivates you to keep turning up and training?

“Boss has such a great culture and positive environment. Everyone is always so encouraging. The trainers are amazing, super helpful and I love that every session is different. The trainers were also amazing through COVID keeping us motivated to keep working out. I cannot thank you all enough!”

What advice would you give someone who is looking to start?

“Come and try one session, I promise you won’t be disappointed!

You need and deserve this time for yourself. “
